The partner is a trader and the molds need to be exported. This product is a building environmental protection project, featuring a new type of building structure and eco-friendly building materials. The main technical challenges are as follows:
In terms of molds: This product is assembled with each other, and it is required that there should be no mold inclination around the product, and it should also achieve fully automatic injection molding. The product belongs to a deep cavity, which is difficult to process and has a complex inner shape. Each mold part requires a cooling system. We split the mold core into more than 100 parts, all of which are precision machined using high-speed machines. The deep cavity inside is processed using precision spark machines, and all parts are joined together without polishing, resulting in smooth mold production and a production cycle within the customer's understanding range.
In terms of injection molding product processing: As this is a new type of plastic containing wood powder, its flowability is poor, and the product structure is relatively complex, temperature control is particularly important. The control of injection molding temperature plays a crucial role in the appearance of this product.
This project took six months to complete, successfully exported, and received satisfactory feedback from end customers. Every new material project requires sufficient professionalism and patience to help customers create successful products.
